Oh my God. Dear Ms. Emily Marcelo, this is so me! I read your advice for Frustrated Professor, and it just went over me like a cold, sobering shower. Because I was starting to waver in my resolve, see, and crumbling a little bit. But what you wrote slapped me back to reality. Thank you, Emily.
