entry arrow8:15 PM | Philippine Speculative Fiction Vol. 4 is Now Available

The fourth and latest volume of the Philippine Speculative Fiction series, edited by Dean Francis Alfar and Nikki Alfar is now out, so do grab a copy. I have an annual on-and-off relationship with the series, having been part of it in the first and the third year, but never in the even-ended years, God knows why. I simply wasn't able to meet any of the big deadlines late last year, including the one for the Neil Gaiman contest, perhaps exhausted by the photo-finish effort of my novel, which I had to do for Man Asian. Ah, basta...

This year's roster of stories are by Ronald Cruz, Charles Tan, Jose Elvin Bueno, Kenneth Yu, Rochita Loenen-Ruiz, Maryanne Moll, Carljoe Javier, Joseph Nacino, Paolo Jose Cruz, Adam David, Erica Gonzalez, Anne Lagamayo, Vincent Simbulan, Eliza Victoria, Leo Magno, Noel Tio, Celestine Trinidad, Isabel Yap, Monique Francisco, Kathleen Aton-Osias, Sharmaine Galve, Crystal Gail Shangkuan Koo, Andrew Drilon, and Apol Lejano-Massebieau. And the Bibliophile Stalker has an interview with Dean over at his blog.
