Two things for the cultural life in Dumaguete City this week, courtesy of the Silliman University Cultural Affairs Committee. Michael Dadap gives a classical guitar concert Wednesday night at the Luce Auditorium titled Mostly Pinoy: Serenades for the Guitar, and on Thursday, artists Johanna Poethig and Chris Brown will give a lecture on "Experimental Intermedia Collaborations" at the Audio-Visual Theater 1 at 10 o'clock in the morning. That will be the inaugural talk for the Albert Faurot Lecture Series on Culture and the Arts. If you're in Dumaguete this week, I hope to see you around.
